Whitney Paulowsky

Whitney is a passionate and experienced college admissions counselor. She spent 14 years at Accenture leading successful consulting teams across the globe focused on learning, talent development, recruiting, performance management, and communications. After Accenture, she worked in admissions at Georgia Institute of Technology for 4 years. During her tenure, she read 1,000s of applications gaining valuable insights into what’s important and how to stand out. Whitney is also a parent of a high school student, so she has a firsthand understanding of the challenges and stresses of the college admissions process.

Whitney's "can do" attitude helps put students at ease and allows them to own the process and feel a sense of achievement. She is committed to helping students find the right college fit and succeed in their academic and personal goals.

Whitney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, where she graduated with Honors and was named to the Ole Miss Hall of Fame. She is a past board member and chair of membership of the Emerging Leaders Board of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and currently serves on the Mt. Paran Northside Civic Association Board and the Shepherd Impact Council. Whitney and her husband are also past chairs of the Pace Academy Booster Club and the Pace Fund New Family and Inclusion Leadership.

Whitney resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband, three children ages 17, 14, and 8, and two puppies.

Megan Auchincloss

Megan is a seasoned admissions expert with a deep understanding of the college application process and the intricacies of the holistic review approach. During her seven years at the Georgia Institute of Technology, she meticulously reviewed thousands of applications from across the country and abroad, gaining invaluable insights into what makes an application and an applicant stand out.

As a parent of a current University of Michigan Honors student and two current high schoolers, Megan intimately understands the challenges and pressures students and families face. A graduate of Duke University with Honors as a triple major in Political Science, Spanish, and History, Megan was also a standout Division 1 field hockey player. She furthered her education at the University of Michigan, earning a Juris Doctorate and working as a litigator in private practice for more than a decade.

Megan and her husband, three children (ages 21, 18, and 15), and four energetic puppies reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
